Accounts Receivable Intern

What You’ll Do

• Support the Accounts Receivable Specialists in day‑to‑day transaction processing and ensure the accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Submit and complete operational and/or clerical tasks as requested by the AR Lead while maintaining proper documentation and supporting the overall efficiency of the AR function.
• Contribute to the attainment of the company’s cash flow and Past Due targets by supporting the timely, accurate, and appropriate recording of payments and basic dispute resolutions in customer accounts in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Accounts Receivable Team Lead and Specialists with daily, weekly, and monthly AR reconciliation activities to help ensure accurate reporting and a smooth month‑end closing process.
