Accounting Supervisor

ClinicMind is looking for a detail‑oriented and highly organized Accounting Supervisor who will be responsible for handling government remittances, tax compliance, and employee compensation and benefits.

1. BIR Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure full compliance with BIR regulations and tax requirements.
• Prepare and process:
  • Withholding tax computations
  • BIR Form 1601-C
  • BIR Form 2316
  • Other payroll‑related tax filings
• Monitor deadlines for tax payments and report submissions.
• Coordinate with external accountants or auditors during BIR audits.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Philippine tax laws and labor regulations.
• Ensure payroll records and reports are audit‑ready at all times.

2. Government Mandatory Contributions

• Ensure timely and accurate remittance of:
  • SSS
  • PhilHealth
  • Pag‑IBIG
