Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly reports: Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- Prepare and analyze journal vouchers and other adjusting entries
- Prepare and analyze schedules of balance sheet accounts and expense accounts
- Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly variance report (Actual vs. Budget)
- Prepare and analyze Bank Reconciliation
- Assist in the preparation of Annual Alphabetical List (alphalist) reports that will be submitted
- Assist in the preparation of Quarterly Income Tax Return to be filed before the office of BIR
- Check, verify and ascertain correctness of receipts and supporting documents for liquidating cash advances
- And other such functions as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Minimum age 21 years old
