Accounting Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Keep an updated accounting reports, records and documents
• Analyze budget and transaction with stakeholders and create necessary reports
• Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
• Conduct month-end and year-end closures
• Prepare reports and documents for audits
• Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Work with management to improve financial processes

Credit and Collection

• Prepare and send Statement of Account (SOA) to clients for Implementation Fee
• Prepare and send SOA for Collection and Origination Fee to partners
• Send Clients Billing on time
• Issue acknowledgement and official receipt
• Follow up clients with overdue payment
