• Financial Reporting & Closing: Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
