Vacancy Description
- Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including managing, mentoring, and developing junior accounting staff.
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), conducting financial analysis, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (like IFRS), local regulations, and company policies.
- Managing the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and consolidations.
- Coordinating and completing annual audits.
- Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls, identifying areas for process improvement, and recommending solutions.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA license (preferred).
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
