Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure data accuracy across the board.

• Conduct the closing of monthly financial records and monitor cash flow.

• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to Management.

• Lead budget deliberation and ensure timely submissions to various government agencies.

• Oversee team performance, KPI assessments, and administrative approvals.

• Implement financial controls and pre-emptive measures to manage risk.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (CPA license is a plus).

• Proficiency in accounting software like HELIX, XERO, and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical skills for identifying financial trends and scaling growth.

• Excellent people management skills and a commitment to policy compliance.
