The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the execution of accounting processes for critical areas of the business including General Ledger, Rebates, Leases, Accounts Payable, Legal, and P&L Reviews. This role reports to the Senior Director of Accounting and coordinates daily team activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Accounting Manager is a hands-on, player-coach who leads a team of Senior Accountants and offshore resources while remaining closely involved in the month-end close and day-to-day accounting operations. The role partners cross-functionally to improve processes, strengthen controls, and reduce manual work through better use of systems and Excel. Role & Responsibilities
