About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Accounting Manager to join our team. This role will report directly to the General Manager / Business Unit Manager and Finance Director , and will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team (approximately 18 staff members)
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
• Ensure full compliance with BIR requirements, reportorial obligations, and other regulatory standards
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
