Accounting and Finance Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Colombia-based delivery organization. This role supports a cost-plus, intercompany service model and is key to ensuring accurate financial reporting, disciplined cost management, and alignment with U.S. reporting requirements.

You will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, operational efficiency, and strong financial controls in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process and ensure accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and internal standards
• Oversee the intercompany cost-plus model, including invoicing, cost allocation, and transfer pricing alignment
• Manage treasury operations, including cash flow planning, banking relationships, and funding coordination
