Vacancy Description

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping and preparation of accounting schedules
  • Check and file all accounting documents
  • Writing transactions on books of accounts
  • Prepare and file tax returns
  • Prepare financial statements, payroll and other reports as required
  • Prepare monthly premium contributions, loans, etc
  • Perform fieldwork as needed
  • Provide assistance in accounting work and administrative functions as may need by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
