Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

•Provide budget/actual reporting to Production organizations.

•Support the process of establishing Project numbers and Work Authorizations

•Support the process of closing projects/work authorizations

•Provide information to assist in preparing budget variance explanations

•Provide other accounting functions as requested including processing of purchasing card, invoice payment, etc

•Support the payroll and time reporting process

•Prepares reports for internal and external users that accurately reflect the position or results from operations each month

•Assists in special projects and committee assignments.

Temporary accounting professional to assist in month end close, preparation of financial statements and variance analysis, in addition to projecting full year spend and develop of 5 year long range plan budgets.
