Accountant (AR & Financial Reporting)

Responsibilities  

• Perform accounts receivable for trades – check sales trades and generate invoices in SAP.
• Assist in month-end closing processes.
• Check SAP vouchers done by Accounts Executives.
• Prepare AR-related schedules and reports.
• Handle accounts for one small subsidiary of PCSG and review the audit FS prepared by the audit firm.
• Prepare some FMIS supporting schedules in Chinese version at SPC group level.
• Check the FMIS reports for two small subsidiaries of PCSG.
• Prepare audit schedules for FMIS audit and attend to HQ auditor’s queries.
• Assist in coordinating with external auditors for local audit purposes.
• Prepare XBRL filing for one of the companies.<...
