Account Manager

Location: On-site / Hybrid (as approved)

Reports To: Director of Operations

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients, contractors, and internal recruiting teams. This role is critical to ensuring contract delivery, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and delivering consistent -Star Customer Service across all client programs.

As an Account Manager, you will oversee end-to-end account operations—from requisition intake and onboarding to vendor management and program reporting—while building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
