Account Manager

Overview

Leadership:

• Build positive and collaborative relationships both within the direct team and across the wider business
• Build productive relationships with external partners including suppliers & partner agencies
• Inspire, motivate and mentor broader teams to develop business‑oriented and creative content and social solutions on client briefs
• Positively and proactively support new business and pitch opportunities
• Responsible for the line management, development and overall quality and delivery of work by the broader Chemistry team, along with the Chemistry Business Head
• Skillfully manage up to Sr Teams, seeking support and advice
