About the role

Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a driven, high‑performing Account Manager to join the momentum and help shape the future of farming in the Manawatu region. This role will serve as the primary point‑of‑contact for Halter customers, focusing on driving farmer success for one of the world’s fastest‑growing companies that transforms how they farm to become leaders in productivity and sustainability.

Location: Any location within the Manawatu region. Frequent travel is required.

What your day could look like

• Revenue Retention & Expansion: Own the retention, renewals and expansion targets of Halter’s existing revenue in the region.
• Ensure farmers are extracting full value from Halter to achieve their goals and understand the impact it’s having on their farming business.
