What You’ll Do

As an Account Coordinator your main responsibilities will include:

Client Service

• Deliver consistent, reliable and friendly service for all MiQ clients.
• Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamless.
• Resolve or elevate client issues quickly and without fallout.
• Maintain regular communication with all accounts and support on meetings, business reviews & reporting where appropriate.
• Develop knowledge of industry trends and the impact of these on MiQ and our clients.

Campaign Management
