Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution
- Develop a detailed project plan including schedule and costing to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report to and escal
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific project requirements
- Develop and share comprehensive project progress reports with clients for payment processing
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
