10 years of practical experience in animation, modeling, and rigging for interactive media or video games (or equivalent portfolio).
Expert in Maya’s animation and rigging toolsets
Possess good understanding of FK/IK systems (switching and stretchiness), foot roll, pivot, and tilt setups, and their controllers
Solid grasp of animation principles (timing, staging, squash/stretch, etc.) applied in game development.
Skilled in following references to create accurate models with clean topology, efficient UV layout, and texturing.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills; proactive, organized, and able to give and receive constructive feedback.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to continually raise 3D quality.

Familiarity with Unity’s 3D capabilities and game development pipelines
