2.He/ she should have good hand on pen tablet/ Mouse.

3.Ability to work on multiple projects and meet frequent deadlines.

4.Good knowledge of Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Sound Forge, Aftereffects and video editing software.

5.Exposure in 3D character modeling and Animation in flash.

6.Able to create animation as per textual or visual storyboards.

7.Knowledge of scripting in Flash.

8.Able to make 3D Characters, Backgrounds & Animation in Adobe Flash CS6.
