Job Summary
Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair production and building equipment, including but not limited to, high speed CNC machines and associated equipment, grinders, laser welders, laser engravers, sonic cleaning equipment, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, lighting. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Role and Responsibilities

  • From specifications, written and oral instructions, install, operate, adjust, maintain, repair, modify and troubleshoot all equipment and materials used in the manufacturing operation.
  • Observe all operating conditions and characteristics. Investigate and diagnose malfunctions and take appropriate corrective actions. Record such information and corrective actions taken in CMMS.
  • Participate in the disassembly of equipment during and after tests and determine the physical reaction of components to various conditions. Note wear damage and recommend improvements in design, s...
