What You Will Do
- Support residents with personal care and day‑to‑day living
- Assist with meals and promote nutrition and hydration
- Encourage independence and individual choice
- Help residents stay active and engaged in daily life
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Work as part of a team to deliver person‑centred care
- Maintain accurate records and follow care procedures
About You
You will be kind, dependable and committed to helping others. You’ll enjoy working with people and understand the importance of treating everyone with dignity, respect and compassion. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. You should be willing to work towards an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare, hold membership of the PVG Scheme, and be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
