Care Technician - Part Time

This is a PART Time role



*** You MUST live in TX and have an active Pharmacy Technician License***

Responsibilities:


+ Manage inbound and outbound calls while providing quality customer service and using effective communication

+ Answer 50-70 incoming calls per 8-hour shift

+ Process new and refill prescription orders

+ Fax and/or call veterinarians for refill requests

+ Check voicemail and return customer ...
