Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous, professional and supportive manner Answer incoming calls promptly, managing enquiries effectively Book, amend and cancel appointments in line with established protocols Use care navigation principles to direct patients to the most appropriate clinician or service Manage requests for repeat prescriptions in accordance with policy Maintain strict confidentiality at all times Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, emails and referrals Update demographic details and maintain accurate electronic records Register new patients and process patient information accurately Scan, file and upload documents in line with information governance requirements Provide administrative support to clinical and operational teams as needed Use clinical systems (e.g., EMIS or equivalent) accurately and efficiently Comply with GDPR, data protection and confidentiality standards Maintain accurate data entry and documentati...
