Care Manager- Telephonic Nurse Part Time

**This is a part time position scheduled for 20 hours a week.**
**Option #1 Shift/Availability**
**-Saturday & Sunday from 8am-6:30pm EST**
**-T** **raining requirements: Able to train on days and times outside of the shift advertised**
**Option #2 Shift/Availability**
**Every other week the schedule will be as follows: ​**
**-Week 1: Monday-Wednesday & Friday-Saturday from 6am-10am EST**
**-Week 2: Sunday-Monday & Wednesday-Friday from 6am-10am EST**
**-Training requirements: Weekdays (Monday-Friday) in the evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sunday) during the day and/or in the evening**
**Both shift options are required to work a rotating holiday schedule.**
