Care Manager (RN) - WA

JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualified candidates **must reside in Washington State,** have a unrestricted nursling license and be able to travel up to 20% as needed. The ideal candidate will have prior telephonic case management experience and demonstrate **_strong technical proficiency_** , including the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.

Preferred experience includes critical care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), and utilization management (UM) settings. Candidates should possess advanced organizational and multitasking skills, be highly adaptable in a technology-driven environment, and have strong Microsoft Excel capabilities.
