Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and forward-thinking General Manager to join the Surgery Care Group.

This senior leadership role is responsible for supporting strong leadership and consistent, high-quality performance across the full range of Care Group services and specialties. Based in Exeter, the post holder will hold a Trust-wide portfolio and deputise for the Care Group Director and Associate Director. They will be expected to work independently, make timely and informed decisions, and support the operational delivery of the Care Group by leading change and improvement across clinical, operational and corporate teams.
