Role & Responsibilities

Our Care Professionals are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care and practical tasks.

✨ You’ll help with:

• Personal care – washing, bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and toileting arrangements.

• Medication support – assisting clients with preparing and administering medication.

• Mobility and physical support – helping clients overcome mobility problems and physical disabilities, including the use and care of aids/adaptations and personal equipment.

• Eating and drinking – preparing meals, snacks, and drinks, and assisting with feeding if required.
