Care Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Following personalised care plans designed to promote dignity and wellbeing, your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support)

• Medication preparation and support

• Meal preparation and assistance with eating/drinking

• Shopping and practical daily errands

• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning, making beds)

• ♿ Mobility support (helping with the use and care of aids/adaptations)

• Companionship and emotional support
