Care Assistant - Community Based (Weekends Only)

About The Role

Being a Community Carer is a rewarding role, it’s all about supporting individuals in our community to stay in their own home. As a Community Carer you will provide personal care and support in clients' homes, including washing, dressing, food preparation, medication administration, documentation, and encouraging independence.

• Providing personal care and support in clients' homes.
• Administering medication in line with a client's care plan (full training provided).
• Ensuring that all documentation is promptly maintained and recorded.
• Supporting clients to enjoy life and remain as independent as possible.
• Working with staffed shifts: either 07.00‑14.30 or 16.00‑22.00, or as a split shift 07.00‑14.30 & 16.00‑22.00.

Qualifications

No previous experience or qualifications are required; you will receive comprehensive paid training.
