We are seeking an experienced Cards Issuing Architect with strong expertise in Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Card Issuing to lead architecture, integration, and transformation initiatives within the banking and payments domain.

Key Requirements:

8–10 years of experience in Cards Issuing Architecture

Strong knowledge of card lifecycle, KYC/AML, risk management, and digital banking

Hands‑on experience with TSYS PRIME, FIS, First Data, or similar issuing platforms

Expertise in Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, EMV, BIN Management, and Tokenization

Strong API & Integration experience with Core Banking, Fraud Systems, and Digital Wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay)

Experience with Microservices, SOA, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps

Knowledge of PCI‑DSS, Cryptography, Secure Key Management, and Regulatory Compliance
