Cardiology Physician

Schedule: Flexible scheduling options including part-time and full-time; weekday coverage with 4- or 8-hour shifts; must average at least 16 hours per week

Patient Volume: Approximately 8-12 patients per day (mix of new and follow-up visits)

EMR: Canvas

Required Skills: Tele-cardiology including virtual consults, follow-up care, EKG interpretation, and optional cardiac imaging reads (echo, nuclear, Holter)

Board Status: Board Certified required (Cardiology)

Licensure: IMLC required (or eligible via qualifying state license)

Support: Fully remote, independent role with flexible scheduling and structured virtual workflow
