Matrix Providers is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families in Crescent City, CA.

• Employment Status: PRN
• Compensation: This is an hourly position, paid bi-weekly $65.00/hr.
• Schedule: PRN (1-2 times per month).

Requirements: The Nurse Practitioner (NP) must have and meet the following:

• Degree: Master's degree in nursing.
