**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will join a growing, physician-led practice at Dignity Health Medical Group - Merced (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJ_33GOq0B0) , playing a pivotal role in the continued success, design, and development of our regional Cardiology service line.

You will provide expert outpatient clinical care to adult cardiac patients, collaborating closely with our cardiologists to manage a wide variety of conditions including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hypertension. You will also contribute significantly to shaping a robust, patient-centered care network in a highly collaborative environment.
