Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Must have 2 years of Cath Lab experience and able to take call! Radiologic Technologist trained in all aspects of scrubbing and running the Xray equipment associated with all procedures for both the Cardiac Cath Lab and Special Procedures lab. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry. Scrubbing in for Cardiac Cath Lab and Special Procedures. Panning Heart Catheters. Evaluates images to assure they possess the density, contrast, detail, and structures to allow the physician to make a diagnosis. Performs special procedures radiography using appropriate equipment according to department procedures. Procedural areas to be maintained neatly and orderly and prepared throughout the day for examinations with special emphasis at the end of shift.
