Card Product Associate

Role Overview Join Circle's Card Product team and help take our card products from concept to launch. You will turn customer insight into product requirements, work side by side with Engineering, QA, Risk, and Compliance to build them on our Card Management System, and stay hands-on through UAT until the feature ships. Real ownership from day one and we are open to strong freshers. Product Development & Execution Market Research & CVP Design: Analyze customer trends to design competitive card value propositions, features, and user journeys. Define BRD / functional requirements and collaborate with IT and vendors to implement features on the Card Management System (CMS). Facilitate daily syncs and track task progress across cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Design, Risk, Compliance, and Operations).
