The Card Payment Delivery Associate supports Tipalti’s card revenue expansion by executing and supporting card payments to suppliers. In a high‑volume environment, the associate tracks payment status, manages supplier communications, and ensures precise payment instructions.

Responsibilities

• Contact suppliers to process payments by telephone, web portal, and/or email.
• Deliver payments accurately within service level agreements in a high‑volume environment.
• Ensure timely authorization and settlement of payments.
• Conduct daily follow‑up on outstanding payments in the processing queue to ensure they are completed successfully.
• Manage and resolve payment escalations by effectively resolving conflicts with suppliers.
