What you'll be doing
- Provide warm, friendly and professional service to all customers.
- Interact with guests, provide menu recommendations and upsell food and drinks
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area and outlet
- Support the service team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Carryout any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager
- No experience required – full training will be provided!
- Prior F&B or hospitality experience is a plus
- Friendly, customer-oriented, and a team player
