Captain

We are seeking an experienced captain for a new 24m motor yacht based in Spain, primarily operating in the Mediterranean Sea.

This seasonal position, with the potential for permanent placement, involves overseeing a crew of four while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, marine navigation expertise, and engineering knowledge to handle technical aspects of the yacht. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, maintaining the vessel’s standards, and coordinating with the owners for day trips and occasional overnight excursions.

The cruising itinerary includes popular destinations such as the South of France, Sardinia, Sicily, and Greece during the peak summer months. We are looking for an organized and hardworking individual with a passion for yachting. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
