Cantonese Interpreter

This is a full-time remote position for a Cantonese Interpreter. The primary responsibilities include facilitating communication between Cantonese and English speakers through accurate and culturally appropriate interpretation. The interpreter will handle Over-the-Phone (OPI) and Video Remote (VRI) interpretation calls, ensure confidentiality and compliance with industry standards, and support clients across various sectors such as healthcare, legal, and business. The role also involves adhering to our proprietary training protocols and providing exceptional service around the clock.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Cantonese and English, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proficiency in Over-the-Phone and Video Remote Interpretation services, with a focus on cultural sensitivity and accuracy.
• Experience in adhering to industry standards, including HIPAA compliance and confidentiality requirements.
