Responsibilities
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for all positions.
Manage top‑of‑funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.
Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.
Develop innovative strategies around finding top talent.
Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities that may be a fit for our clients.
Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
Build long‑term relationships with potential candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- +2 years of experience in recruiting.
- Team‑player, detail‑oriented, organized and good communication skills.
