**Devereux Arizona’s Residential Treatment Center** (RTC) provides intensive, 24-hour support for youth aged 7 to 17, who are experiencing serious emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. In a structured, therapeutic environment, we combine clinical expertise with compassionate, trauma-informed care to help youth heal, grow and build a brighter future.The RTC features dormitories, an accredited K-12 school, food services, 24/7 on-site nursing, and specialized therapy and clinical services.
The **Campus Support** position plays a key role in reinforcing a safe, therapeutic, and engaging environment within the Residential Treatment Center. Reporting to the Retention and Training Coordinator, this position balances real-time support for youth and staff with a focus on mentoring, training, and retention of Direct Care Professionals (DCPs).
