Campus Maintenance Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Campus Maintenance Manager to play a pivotal role in establishing the maintenance, reliability, and asset management strategy for a new multi‑technology manufacturing operation. This position will influence everything from equipment commissioning and factory ramp‑up to long‑term operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy a standardized maintenance and reliability strategy across a highly automated manufacturing campus.
• Lead maintenance operations across advanced manufacturing technologies, including MCB Assembly, Plastic Injection, PCBA, and automated production systems.
• Drive equipment reliability, availability, and performance through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Establish critical equipment, spare parts, and business continuity strategies to minimize operational risk and downtime.
