We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual with strong communication and advocacy skills to help us address the environmental impacts of local coal mines and a power station.
Reports to: Blue Mountains Conservation Society and the Gardens of Stone Alliance, with a designated person appointed for day-to-day oversight.Location: Remote, working from home. Applicants based in the Sydney or Blue Mountains region are preferred for occasional meetings and field work in the Katoomba and Lithgow areas.Hours: Contracted Part-time (Flexible with average of 3 days per week).Contract: Fixed-term until NSW Election (5th March 2027).Working arrangement: Self-employed contractor responsible for their own insurance and superannuation.Remuneration: $400-$500 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.About the Campaign
