Job Description
Executes the technical configuration of campaigns and customer journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), supporting content implementation through Knak and other production tools. This role works from approved requirements and architectural designs to deliver campaign builds, configure journeys, support testing, and ensure deployment readiness across email, SMS, and push channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Build campaigns across channels:
o Email, SMS, push, in-app, third-party integrations
• Configure:
o Segments, triggers, workflows
o Message payloads across channels
• Assemble content using:
o Knak templates
o Modular content systems
o HTML where required
• Follow strict build standards, naming conventions, and templates
