As a strategic leader and hands-on host, youll oversee every detail of camp life, from guest activities and staff development to logistics, compliance, and community engagement. Candidate Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the property. Ensure a high standard of guest service and satisfaction. Lead, support, and develop team members across departments. Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Maintain health, safety, and security standards throughout the property. Prepare reports and communicate effectively with management and stakeholders.
