Location: Head Office, Bonearo Park, Johannesburg (JHB)
Responsibilities Receive calls from customers/passengers. Deal with problems such as delays and cancellations. Explain processes to customers and assist them where necessary. Work in a team and may work longer than normal hours (shift work). Handle confidential information. Communicate with customers both verbally and in writing. Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent (essential). Minimum of 1 to 4 years’ experience in a call centre environment (essential). Travel or relevant qualification (advantageous). Excellent communication in English (speaking, reading and writing). Solid computer literacy. Excellent phone etiquette. No criminal or credit record.
