Responsibilities
- Answer and respond to a high volume of patient calls
- Greet patients when they call
- Schedule appointments and follow up visits for new and existing patients
- Utilize electronic records system to create and update patient information
- Call patients and assist with rescheduling needs as they arise
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Answering customers' questions on the products/ packages.
- Providing the customer with information about a company's products or services in order to create interest in the brand
- Generating repeat business by promoting new offers to customers
- Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities
- Min 1-2 years experience in telesales or as call centre agent
