Campaign Type: Inbound (No Cold Calling)
What We're Looking For
Excellent English communication skills
Previous call center experience is a plus (Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply)
Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
