Call Center - Member Experience Representative

Are you passionate about helping customers and providing solutions that make a difference? If you have at least one year of call center experience and experience discussing loan products and services with customers, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll deliver outstanding customer service, build trust with customers, and help them navigate their financial needs with confidence.

Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Candidates must have open availability.


Member Experience Representatives I (MERs) deliver extraordinary service to WPCU member-owners in fast paced, high volume environment via remote delivery channels such as telephone and e-mail.
